GOTS is the Global Organic Textile Standard. It means the organic cotton and its processing meet the standard, with the supply chain inspected and certified. Our organic cotton fabrics are GOTS certified and our products are made at a GOTS certified facility in India (certificate GOTS-26390). Where a product has a polyester fill (nap mats, play mats), the organic cotton shell is GOTS certified and the fill is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified polyester.
What is the return policy?
Unused items in resellable condition, in the original packaging with all tags intact, can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Gift cards and discounted items can't be returned. Start a return at makemakeorganics.returnscenter.com with your order number and email; exchanges for another variant are also available. Refunds go to the original payment method or store credit and are processed within 5–7 working days after approval. If the return is due to our error or a defect, we refund the merchandise and shipping both ways; otherwise return shipping fees apply. If an item arrives damaged, contact care@makemakeorganics.com within 7 days of delivery.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1–3 business days after you order for your package to ship. Priority and UPS Ground orders ship no later than 3 business days after order placement; Priority Express and UPS options other than UPS Ground ship within 1 day (excluding Sundays). We ship with USPS and UPS; UPS Ground can take up to 7 business days to the zones farthest from us. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show. Items ordered with a pre-order or back-order item ship together with it.

How do diaper changes work?
  • The two-way zipper opens from the bottom, so you can change a diaper without exposing baby's tummy or pulling anything over their head.
